      Section 1 (iii) information which is false and known or believed to be false by the sender’ of the MCA. Should this include fake profiles?

      The CPS are trying to tackle false profiles, but it seems to be mainly under the CA at the moment. But it is a good point!

      Trolling and revenge porn is all I’m aware of for this. Using women women for sex under a fake profile not considered important it seems.

      Trust in the ‘relationship’ for intimate pictures or videos to be sent. Control here for them over the content versus buying mags or porn.
