      It's the same old. The gov claim social media has done much to prevent fake profiles but reality is it's just words and lip service..

          Is the company not then legally able to prosecute for breaking these terms and conditions? It would form part of the duty of care to others?

          You'll need a shark lawyer and about £10,000+ to chisel through online platforms/websites T&Cs. Duty of Care to users legal minefield 🙄
