@instagram . This account was hacked by a scammer. You didn’t let the victim have it back and he’s changed the name again and now happily scamming. You can be responsible for the money people will lose because I’ve made you aware it’s a scammer.

@RobertBuckland @OliverDowden . They are not removing known scammer accounts where people will be defrauded. It’s been reported several times and by the girl they hacked it from. Should they not be accountable? #onlinefraud
