@AmazonHelp I can’t access my account because someone has changed the phone number on there and I can’t receive the code you’re sending (the password is ok). I tried the password reset by email which sent a code but straight back to sending it to the telephone after entering.
Yeah that doesn’t work because it just directs you constantly back to the notification sent to the wrong number.
