That's not accurate at all. Once an account is blocked that email address or phone number cannot be used again to register. We have other measures also to prevent re registration however of course we are limited by what is technically possible in this regard.

Irrespective of this - this is something we take extremely seriously and thankfully many such accounts are swiftly detected and removed. But there is always more for us to do.

Then dispute that information with the police who confirmed this with one of your employees. They linked the accounts through the email.

We cannot discuss an open case such as this. Once an email address or indeed phone number is blocked, it CANNOT be used to re register on muzmatch. Period. This is precisely why we secure accounts with a phone number to help reduce those who aim to set up multiple accounts.
