We cannot discuss an open case such as this. Once an email address or indeed phone number is blocked, it CANNOT be used to re register on muzmatch. Period. This is precisely why we secure accounts with a phone number to help reduce those who aim to set up multiple accounts.
I’m not arguing with companies that put profit before people’s safety. I told you take your concern to the police if your believe they have given incorrect information.

Again we strongly disagree with this statement. We have blocked well over 70,000 accounts on muzmatch of inappropriate activity. Irrespective of whether they are a paying or free user. We categorically do not put profit above user safety.
