My elderly parents were accepted (as ongoing customers)for delivery slots. However, after waiting up until midnight for 7 days when new slots are added, within 10 seconds it shows all unavailable. I’ve emailed customer services as phone call says no discussion of slots. No answer

I find new slots are added at different times now. You can only book one per week too. Best to keep checking through the day. Don't stay up late just for this. Hope this helps.
