I should add that the chaos is me ‘attempting’ to do my wanted tasks whilst placating a moody teenager and a very active 9 year old.

Try yoga in the morning, it's so mentally and physically powerful. You will heal inside and out. I have many links on my page. Reading and learning new subjects takes your mind off the past. Self love, bath, nails, hair. Write all your achievements and be proud of you.
