Yes it’s a good point. I’ve pointed out the same but they’ve said it’s the only way they can do it on mass for all the staff. Also there is contradiction to guidance on the REC template re working for a new employer. They are saying you can’t which is against guidance.
That’s what ours have said. We’ve been given the calculation of our average salary.
