What is everyone eating to stretch food supplies?

I’m making big batches of Indian recipes like sag aloo which can be frozen and used as a other meal. Dal too. Also we make 3 Bean sauce ( chickpeas,kidney beans, black eyed beans- any you have or like). Great over pasta or rice when you add Parmesan or with some chilli and rice

Oh lovely! I have a tiny freezer so making one meal and eating it nonstop until it runs out
