What is everyone eating to stretch food supplies?

I’m making big batches of Indian recipes like sag aloo which can be frozen and used as a other meal. Dal too. Also we make 3 Bean sauce ( chickpeas,kidney beans, black eyed beans- any you have or like). Great over pasta or rice when you add Parmesan or with some chilli and rice

Ok so use 3 tins beans, Tom purée and a wedge of butter stir 1 min. 2 Tins of toms, or passata. Then cook till thickened. Close to the end add as much Parmesan as you like and fresh basil if you have it. For chilli version leave out Parmesan & add fresh or dried chilli
