It is worrying - I imagine the Parking Attendant works for the local council who probably share offices with the Police - It creates an unhealthy cosy relationship that leads officers down the path of no return :-(
I read further down the thread that someone has found his Facebook page and he’s not ‘unknown’ to the police ... however, I still think the Male officers body language and attitude was horrific, unprofessional and inappropriate.
He is probably a #WindUpMerchant but he gained the upper hand :-(
