      Poached is my number 1 go to. Scrambled and then fried, boiled is so ‘will it come out right’ that it’s a rarity. I love ketchup in a fried egg sarnie, brown sauce on scrambled but my poached eggs are on avocado toast with flaked salt 🤷‍♀️

          Well,funny story. Not recommended. Such an event happened. It was snotty still. Sooo, brains here decided to try ‘finish it off’ in the microwave. 10 seconds 🤷‍♀️. Looked 👌. Stuck my spoon in to break the yolk. 💥 it went everywhere. Whole new meaning to having egg on your face 🤦‍♀️
