It is such an incredibly complex area and I don’t think anyone can ever completely understand your unique experience as most of us never truly expose deep inner feelings and thoughts. We can have empathy (it does blow my mind to try & put myself in your position) but 2/
Can never completely ‘get it’. It has to be choices and decisions made with yourself and whoever you find time be part of your life.
