Your drill down on the complexity of the issue made my brain ache. If it was theoretical, interesting stuff but I am conscious this is your living breathing life. The glimmer of light is like you say, it is down to two people.
It is such an incredibly complex area and I don’t think anyone can ever completely understand your unique experience as most of us never truly expose deep inner feelings and thoughts. We can have empathy (it does blow my mind to try & put myself in your position) but 2/
