We had homemade sag aloo and Dahl with asparagus, followed by rice pudding made with coconut milk and mango pulp.

Hairy bikers sag recipe, just swapped their sweet potato for normal potatoes ( don’t like sweet ones) and Rick Stein Dahl recipe. I always make double portions so we’ve got freezer food!
