I don’t think attitudes in the family court have changed at all
. I was reading the comments and it said 9 years ago. I think progress is being made as evidence has been collected and highlighted ( like on It’s not changed yet but at least things are being evidenced and highlighted. There is a campaign to restructure and overhaul the family court system in place now.

I’ve been following the campaign, but how many lives are being destroyed in the mean time.

Unfortunately as you’re all too aware, anything like your horrifying experience and the experience of those going through family court takes an age to redirect. All we can do is support each other and make others aware to push forward in the meantime.
