. I was reading the comments and it said 9 years ago. I think progress is being made as evidence has been collected and highlighted ( like on @vicderbyshire) about CAFCASS and the domestic abuse issue. It’s not enough but it’s starting to move.

I don’t think attitudes in the family court have changed at all

It’s not changed yet but at least things are being evidenced and highlighted. There is a campaign to restructure and overhaul the family court system in place now.
