In therapy this week my therapist asked if there was anyone in my life that truly understood what I’d been through:
Me: “Nope, no one really, apart from the community on Twitter”.
Thank you for getting it and being so lovely. 
I don’t want social media to ever close down.
It’s quite crazy isn’t it? I lost a few friends and my job over what happened to me. Some folks just don’t have the ability or want to understand something they haven’t been through themselves.

It truly is! My ordeals have really shown me how selfish and thoughtless people are
