A narcissistic parent will demand contact, disrupt contact, reject contact and even sabotage their own contact, so they can document it, and blame it on you. 'Contact' to them, is a weapon, not precious parenting time.

Exactly what mine did! We’d even be sitting waiting in agreed place for pick up and he’d text me saying ‘why are you stopping me seeing my son’. I’d text back- ‘we’re sitting here waiting for you’ then he’d never turn up. It was about 3 minutes from his house.

I was really lucky and the courts saw through him. Eventually(despite him taking me to court over contact
)he didn’t go to parenting course, mediator said he couldn’t mediate and he didn’t make appointment for home interview with CAFCASS psychologist, they issued indirect only - Show replies
