You really are watering down the meaning of rape, or you want to continue crying how all the women on this earth are raped and oppressed?? As long as there's consent I don't believe it can be called rape!
Rape is on a massive spectrum as are many other situations-marital sex without consent is also rape-there is no ‘right to it’. At the end of the day, it comes down to genuine and informed consent that is given freely, not through coercion, deceit or force, and belief it is given.
