Yes you’re right of course about them already being abused. I was referring to the ‘new physical abuse’ of children that this behaviour, if not stopped would likely escalate to become.

Yes, the pictures are evidence that they have already been abused (although I think there is some sort of absurd "cartoon" child porn which is therefore ok - no children were harmed in the making of this disgusting stuff) but also, of course-- escalation. As in all crime.
