The children displayed are already abused. Decriminalizing consumption likely increases demand and the abuse on the production side of the business.

Yes you’re right of course about them already being abused. I was referring to the ‘new physical abuse’ of children that this behaviour, if not stopped would likely escalate to become.

For them to view images children are horribly abused. I think viewing it is almost as bad as producing it because it creates a market.
