Our youngest was 6 months old when he took me to court claiming I was alienating our eldest against him and the women he had the affair with. I taught myself family law basics while on mat leave and later took him to court for finances ( we weren’t married) and securing the house

I was incredibly fortunate that all involved saw through him. He didn’t want to see our youngest which showed his true colours and tries to financially abuse us given then huge disparity in our income. I know I was very fortunate given stories I hear now.
