We went in and he called the court psychologist ( that had completed the section 7 report) an unqualified nobody to the magistrates. Father refused to mediate or go on courses. Court order was finally given of indirect contact only. He didn’t keep that up long either.

Our youngest was 6 months old when he took me to court claiming I was alienating our eldest against him and the women he had the affair with. I taught myself family law basics while on mat leave and later took him to court for finances ( we weren’t married) and securing the house
