Oh goodness. Canterbury has the the most amazing mix of architecture from its history. As a teacher, it’s an incredible place to take the children and do history trails and quizzes.
I hadn’t realised there were so many ! Not surprising really given the numbers that died. I think it was the same time we were told that the nursery rhyme ‘ring a ring of roses’ was attached to plague symptoms too
