I agree with your aims & I think it should be put into law, I wonder whether the current laws on deception cover it sufficiently, I must have a read
. It was a place to put all the research I did and somewhere for others to share their experiences or find support .This is an issue raised with many in the legal profession. Depending on how you interpret current legislation it could already be covered under consent or fraud areas of the sexual offences act but currently no case has been put forward.

I can understand why there’s no case law, the CPS would worry there’s no chance of a conviction, it could be established by a private prosecution of course but that runs the risk of the CPS taking it over and dropping it, I must read up
