      When rapists and people guilty of GBH are walking free because the ‘prisons are full’ I think there needs to be a massive re think. Why not on a tag and community service for financial crimes?

      Hopefully #Boris about to lift criminal threat for non-payment of #BBC #LicenceFee. Truth be told (and at risk of sounding like far too soft liberal!) I'd lock very few people up. Threats to society only. Must speak/meet up soon x
