When rapists and people guilty of GBH are walking free because the ‘prisons are full’ I think there needs to be a massive re think. Why not on a tag and community service for financial crimes?

Exactly. Those who don’t pay tv licences and other similar financial cases are not a danger to society so why waste prison spaces
