I've never heard of female accomplices contacting victims for reasons other than coaxing them into sending money. Yeah sure, I could be wrong. Might be a new M.O, but to what end? Doesn't add up. I don't see anything they could achieve by doing it, but then again, what do I know?

B. A victim with a personal vendetta, trying to take down the dickhead by herself. Impressive, but it's not working. If this is the case, she needs to go to the authorities. Report the asshole. The authorities have tools and resources she doesn't. I'd do it myself, but I can't.

Indonesian law states that I CANNOT report crimes of these nature unless I am the victim, which I'm not. She, on the other hand, is. She has all the evidence needed to get an investigation going. But noooo, DMs me instead for God knows what. So, why the sales pitch? Why the lies?

Wants to remain anonymous, I can respect that. But apparently, by pulling that stunt, by being dishonest shows that she has no respect for me or my sister. If she's really a victim AND a psychoanalyst, she should know what kind of impact this can have on someone like my sister.

In any case, I'm gonna give her the benefit of the doubt. Not gonna name her, for now. Got something to say to me? My DM is open. No idea who the fuck you are, and frankly I don't give a shit. You wanna take him down? I'm game. But if you're helping him in any way, then fuck you.

There was a similar case here and on TV recently. Not sure where you are but if UK it will be on BBC I player. After the scam a women contacted pretty similar sounding but said she was investigating and had a lead on the group. The lady needed to pay for the documents to charge..

For Love or Money? I'm not really sure. It doesn't look like she's trying to extort any money. If so, I don't see any reason why she contacted me as opposed to my sister, who is the actual victim. I can't figure it out.

Yes it was on one of those episodes... I’ve had women involved before. She pretended to be collecting the taxes for a shipment (that was meant to have arrived from uk to India) that was how they got the money from her. They have also contacted family if hers, and me when got them

You run an anti scam website, right? Am I correct to assume that it's a bad idea for victims or ex victims to scambait the same scammer he/she fell for?

I’m not a business in any way shape or form. It’s just advice from everything I’ve learned from my own and others experiences. You pick things up along the way and tr got help as many as you can but I would (as the victim) cut off all contact and be aware that you’ll be on a list

2/ for others to try and contact you as you’ve been scammed already so in a vulnerable position and not believing it would happen again...

I'm aware of what the website is, and I can't thank you enough for setting it up. I've gained some pretty valuable insight from your site on this issue.
