Just been told by @kent_police the @cpsuk don’t consider it in the public interest to charge someone who was driving without insurance (until 3 hours after said incident) and had an accident causing over £2000 of damage to another car and 2 property boundary walls

The conflicting reasons I’ve been given by different officers is worrying. Also the court didn’t issue a warrant for arrest ( twice) after he didn’t show after being summons. Something fishy going on. SAR requests on the way

I know two amazing ladies and a really nice man right at the top... not so sure about the rest of them if I’m absolutely honest (which I am). Another great female officer at traffic collisions gone out of her way to help with this but 4 males, 2 Sgts and 2 PC’s are shocking.
