Just been told by @kent_police the @cpsuk don’t consider it in the public interest to charge someone who was driving without insurance (until 3 hours after said incident) and had an accident causing over £2000 of damage to another car and 2 property boundary walls

I’ve recently been alerted to the family background but can’t post on here. It’s absolutely classed as a serious offence. I’m not going to bother paying mine anymore. What’s the point?
