I just had the most amazing week in a reception class and 2 of the staff asked me as I left if I might apply for the part time job they have advertised as I fitted in so well there. I cried after I left. I just can’t put myself in the position to trust the education environment.
Totally understand that. Toxic places and some too inexperienced to lead or manage others. Horrible.
And its not just in schools but somehow they make it t senior posts - says something about what is valued - needs to change
