I know this one. It’s completely outrageous. I’ve also heard of ( closer to here and current) of a child who was raped by a step father and he was let off. This part of the legislation is meant to be bullet proof yet they are still finding ways to worm around it. I’m st a loss.

It’s the same as we are hearing from family courts where judges are ruling that children are to have contact with convicted paedophiles as they don’t consider they will ‘turn on their own children’. I’m sorry but you don’t take that chance.
