It’s true but there are things that are minimal for example age and height or weight. These are not going to harm anyone in the long run and can be visually ‘seen’ by the other party before any intimate behaviour happens. Maybe called ‘passive lies’

Age isn’t necessarily as easy as we think to know unless it’s a huge gap but still is a shallow one to use as negate consent.
