It’s true but there are things that are minimal for example age and height or weight. These are not going to harm anyone in the long run and can be visually ‘seen’ by the other party before any intimate behaviour happens. Maybe called ‘passive lies’

Active lying would be harder to ascertain as they are hidden.

Age isn’t necessarily as easy as we think to know unless it’s a huge gap but still is a shallow one to use as negate consent.

On profiles for example, before meeting people can claim to be a certain age, height, weight. Some talk for months become involved, send intimate images, finally meet. There is a visual before anything intimate happens here so it could not be used to negate consent and shouldn’t.
