Marriage by itself has been seen as not effective to vitiate consent, the same goes for deception about wealth. But a judge has stated that all else should be looked at with a broad common sense approach. Issue surrounds lack of guidelines so ‘new’ behaviours r not being tested.

Unfortunately it depends on the nature of the deceit - vulnerable woman deceiving = crime; well resources undercover police officer deceiving as to purpose of relationship = legal!
