I remember having mine with the headphones on. They asked if I’d be ok laying still. I said as a single mum with a little one this is the only time I’ve lasted down in the day with my eyes closed in years! I’ll be just fine

The loudness was the shocking bit for me. I had music too through the headphones. I can’t remember what it was tho, think I zoned out!!
