The Court didn't mention anything about the 'culture' of the offender. Why is Jessica Eaton sharing false information from a MAGA account that clearly wants to spread hate against immigrants?

I know. You can disagree with the Court ruling, like I do, but if has absolutely nothing to do with the culture of the offender, like the far-right racist account that Jessica is tweeting claims.
