I have mine turned off for all of these but this ladies issue is that it’s the opposite way round. Her number has been ‘found’ on an app from her user name rather than an acquaintance who already has the number being able to find her snap chat from that number I believe 
Is there any way we can report the website/app it get it taken down?
No... it’s actually a feature some people prefer, it helps them connect to people that already have their contact number. Although it should be toggled off until you manually turn it on.
