Bailiffs are legally allowed to seize property to the value of the debt. Why is this not happening for victims of fraud?

I’ll use an example for instance. I if was to damage, let’s say a car - damage amount £3,000....,scenario !!! I would be prosecuted for Criminal damage and made too pay back that money via means of a fine but no custodial sentence.. but would have too pay it back !!!!

You make a valid point but why does no-one take notice ??
. Law is frustrating and criminals are aware of such punishments if caught ‘ I believe ‘ they take the risk and know punishment is lenient and not have too pay nothing back - sorry it FUCKS me right off these days. -
