This story makes me happy that scumbags like this get what they deserve. Shame the crimes don’t carry even bigger sentences. Would they show remorse- will they re-offend, sure they will from their prison cells. Scumbags !!!!!

Yes I saw this one a few weeks back. I think she was on the news too. The sentences are pathetic. They’ll be out in a year. Where has the money gone and why isn’t thier property being seized?

Questions on there that will not be answered I’m sure. If they do have assets, sure it’s s possibility to cease them and sell them off to auction to get as much ££££££ Back for the victim in this case. Why should Vermin like this be excluded from ‘NOT’ paying back what they STOLE

Bailiffs are legally allowed to seize property to the value of the debt. Why is this not happening for victims of fraud?

Custodial sentences should be increased topped up with fines that they SHOULD be paying back... Bollocks to this, they’re are doing time. That’s NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!! On its own... the system and law is wrong and far too lenient, deterrents should be in place for re-offending
