At first yes, what was disappointing for me was, when I reported the fraud, I omitted amounts involved but stated the crimes. Rather than ring me or contact me to get more detail on the crimes against my person. I received that email instead. To me, that is wrong...

I then had to do it all again but this time I made damn sure I put every single figure that was involved with the crimes against me. This time, I got a call off my local Police. Things are moving, but inside lane to hard shoulder. I was already suffering by this time tbh

Action fraud should have asked for the information they needed. It’s supposed to be their specialist department!
