Victims deserve respect.

We attempted to pass a couple of clear attempts at fraud on (one of which seemed to involved using a bank's internal sort code to channel money!) but were referred back to the web form, which wasn't nuanced enough to handle them. Eventually we gave up.

It does feel like an ordeal at a time when people are likely to be shaken. Simplicity should be the key, only going into more detail when necessary.
