I just mean that the exact same behaviour is used on children after the age of 16 and continues into #catfishing adults but here legislation stops protecting fully at the end of 15th year of age... which is ridiculous and wrong.
Ah yes, absolutely. I grow so tired of people asking why I didn't pursue legal action, and having to explain that it's legally not impersonation or fraud if it was just 'talk'.
Every case is so different and these nasties are using #catfishing for so many things today. I’ve had adult victims groomed for this same outcome, then mine who came offline to exploit as well.
