People who know me or don’t, could look at me and see a confident, strong and bubbly person. In lots of ways I am, but inside and at random times I cannot contain or control the anxiety and tears and they escape. Or that feeling of complete nothingness that keeps you captive.

That’s me a lot. I can function ground hog day things. My kids are fed and clean and are in school as they should be. But the slightest thing can set of those tears and some tiny insignificant to some chores like picking up the phone to make an appointment becomes a big thing.
