Well the adviser seemed shocked that the police said there was nothing they could do as she believed they had immediate access to the person behind the fake profile abusing her daughter

TV advice items can be misleading & public believe the wrong advice/info. The TV expert is wrong because police DON'T
have automatic or immediate access to identities of people using fake profiles. I've been on that programme twice saying so. -
