      Grooming is a term that relates to any age and is the process of finding out about/reading and building trust in the person you want to exploit. It had absolutely nothing to do with age.

      Personally I don’t think passports are fair. Not everyone has a passport or driving licence. Therefor some would be excluded. There are other forms of identity can be used from government sources.

      And when it comes to the likes of knives being bought online through unverified profiles from fb, used as sign up for other website by 12 year olds, or underage kids buying alcohol, self harming, bullying, terrorist grooming etc etc etc... we should just watch that grow? 👌👌👌
