      That's the crux of it - 'they can become fixated on you being a nuisance = disregard everything you say.' @sussex_police are regretting the day they IGNORED my first complaint/report to them in 2011.

      I’m afraid I’m with Nicola on this. Have had to fight to get the officers even to take evidence; and Nicola’s oretty much done their work for them :-(

      I have some nascent ideas, which I need to test & refine, that sexual misconduct needs treating so differently that we need a different body to deal with it. The officer breaking up riots, and the officer dealing with rape need different skills to manage & investigate
