I wonder what would happen if elements of the public refused to pay for the service of the police in the way the police refuse/cherrypick the cases they want to work on to hit stats or easy cases out of laziness? Which force is it this time @ClaireatWaves @Nicola_Real ?

I refused to pay the police 'service' part of my council tax in 2012/2017 - The council threatened to prosecute me. In 8 yrs I've had 51 officers of all ranks handle several investigations into the SAME 3 police suspects/offenders. I'm definitely paying for quantity not quality.
